the ask:

Redesign an existing media site including homepage, sign in, category, and article pages, all while following brand guidelines.

the problem:

While the Cut Magazine is an incredibly designed media site, there was a lack in interactivity for the target market who needs stimulation beyond scrolling.


the strategy:

Make the viewers feel seen. Rework the user-flow and create quizzes to curate content of viewer. Alter verbiage on topics to better align with targets lingo. Such as “tea” for “drama”.
